Upload the file in Klimosa — up to 5.000 rows at a time. Duplicate records are recognised automatically; you decide whether they are skipped or updated.

This week — set up your way of working
Set your industry correctly under Settings — it determines the contact types, field groups and pipeline stages — and add custom fields where you need them. Create follow-up tasks on the contacts that need attention.
Invite colleagues and assign dossiers. The team immediately works from the same overview.

After that — expand at your leisure
Turn on integrations whenever it suits you: Gmail or your own mail server, calendar, telephony via Twilio or WhatsApp Business.
You set the pace. The core features also work without additional integrations.

Name, phone number, email address, postal address and all other fields contained in your CSV file. Klimosa maps the columns to the right fields. Duplicate records are recognised.
Does not migrate automatically
Old email history and documents
Messages, attachments and documents from your previous system do not come along automatically. You build those up in the file from now on. Klimosa records every new interaction chronologically.
