Who processes your data?
Klimosa runs on a small number of vendors. On this page you can read who they are, what they are used for and which data passes through them.
Our sub-processors
Each vendor in this overview only touches the data necessary for its task. Optional integrations — such as Google, Microsoft and Twilio — process nothing as long as you do not switch them on. You remain responsible for your customers' data yourself.

Data processing agreement (DPA)
If Klimosa processes personal data on behalf of your organisation, you are the controller and we are the processor. In that case, the GDPR requires a data processing agreement.
You can request a data processing agreement via the contactpagina. We will answer your request as quickly as possible and send you a signed copy.
We announce changes to the list of sub-processors before they take effect, so you can assess in good time whether your own obligations require this.
